Leadership:

Harry Haury - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Haury is the company’s founder, senior technical architect, and the inventor of the technology upon which NuParadigm’s products are based. Mr. Haury is the holder of several patents and is a key advisor to many of the largest commercial and government enterprises in the nation. Prior to founding NuParadigm, Inc. Mr. Haury served as the senior technical officer at Laclede Gas, a NYSE traded company. He also served as a freelance technical consultant to many of the largest and most well-respected technology companies in the country.

Mr. Haury has a Masters degree in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.

Tena Combs – Vice President Operations & Customer Support
Ms. Combs oversees NuParadigm’s Operations and Customer Support staff, and works closely with the Software Engineers and Project Managers. She has grown with the company for many years, having held the positions of Project Manager, Manager of Implementation and Sales Support and Director of Implementation and Sales Support. Prior to joining NuParadigm, Ms. Combs was with Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, where she served as the Director of Accounting and Associate Director of Student Financial Services. Ms. Combs has over 20 years experience in Retail, Government and Higher Education.

Jim Lyons – Senior Vice President
Jim Lyons is responsible for sales, market strategy and product positioning for NuParadigm.
He started his career as a technical satellite programmer, and steadily progressed through various management and executive positions both domestically and internationally. His background includes extensive experience in acquisitions, software sales, manufacturing, banking, marketing and management consulting. Combined with his strong technical background and diversified knowledge base, Mr. Lyon’s confident, personable approach to the sales process makes him an ideal member of the NuParadigm team. Mr. Lyons holds a BS in Computer Science from Lindenwood University and a Masters Degree in Computer Resource Management from Webster University in St. Louis.
