DataFlow Archive
The archive application automatically backs up your data and catalogs it for quick and easy retrieval. You also get the power to archive and retrieve items from CD’s, freeing up space on your server.
DataFlow Index
With Dataflow Index, important documents, images and emails are automatically tagged and cataloged for easy searching and retrieval. The application works with user defined index fields such as: document number, processing dates, order numbers, invoice numbers, amounts, customer name, customer address and more. Documents are cross-referenced to automatically show related documents when searching. Automatic cataloging with DataFlow Index is error free, and makes it simple to organize, manage and retrieve information.
DataFlow Print
You don’t have to print your documents on paper to fill file cabinets for future document retrieval, you can put it directly into your workflow system from any Windows based application with DataFlow Print.
DataFlow Retrieve
This application allows you to easily search, view and manipulate items indexed and stored in DataFlow’s electronic repository (file cabinet). Users can quickly retrieve, sort, modify, delete, print or email documents within the workflow system.
DataFlow Scan
Scan paper documents or import files from your desktop directly into your DataFlow Workflow. Once items are in the workflow, they are automatically routed to the next step.
DataFlow SendTo
A simple right click and you can send files directly from your PC into the DataFlow workflow. There’s no need to print documents that then need to be scanned into the workflow.
