DataFlow Document Imaging

DataFlow OCR
The Optical Character Recognition (OCR) component in DataFlow lets you automatically organize and index information, whether it comes from handwritten or typed paper documents or from electronic sources. The system is also fully compatible with bar coding systems that can make automatic indexing and storage incredibly accurate and simple to use. OCR ensures information is fully translated into formats easily understood by your applications, so everything works together throughout your business data flow.

DataFlow Speech
Text to speech or speech to text, DataFlow’s speech component is an outstanding tool for dictation and transcription, or for converting information into the spoken word. DataFlow’s speech module is incredibly accurate (up to 99.0%), and it’s so simple to implement and use, it virtually eliminates human error. And there’s no scripted format you need to learn and adhere to; there’s almost no user training required.

DataFlow Telephony
The Telephony module in the DataFlow system easily integrates with your phone lines to allow for the digitized transmission of electronic or voice data, and the automatic sending of fax documents.
