The Solutions Service Center (SSC) provides a variety of customer service offerings including problem management, a 2nd level technical service call center, change management, reporting, and client management. NuParadigm structures these offerings around multi-disciplinary, multi-task services, addressing all the issues involved in the management and support of automated document workflow and imaging environments. To this end, NuParadigm utilizes a leveraged model to offer support to customers in many roles, including consultants, system integrators, mentors, facility managers, trainers, and contractors.
The NuParadigm Solutions Service Center is the primary, single point-of-contact for customers who are having issues. The SSC opens trouble tickets and monitors and manages the trouble reporting process. The SSC will not close a trouble ticket until the customer is satisfied that the problem has been corrected.
